Diploma in Sinhala Language

• This course is designed to develop practical Sinhala language skills among participants, especially Tamil-speaking public officers and other learners in the Northern Province.
• The program helps learners improve listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Sinhala, making it easier to communicate across language communities in Sri Lanka.

Diploma in Sinhala Translation

In parallel, a Diploma in Translation course (often in collaboration with the National Institute of Language Education and Training — NILET) equips learners with translation skills between Sinhala and Tamil.
