Training Management System

The Training Management System (TMS) of the Management Development Training Unit (MDTU), Northern Province, is a centralized digital platform designed to efficiently manage and deliver training programmes for public officers. The system enables users to access training schedules, course details, learning materials, and announcements in one secure location. TMS supports transparent registration, participant management, and performance tracking, helping MDTU enhance training quality, accessibility, and administrative efficiency while promoting continuous professional development across the provincial public service.

User Registration – Instructions

New users must register to access the Training Management System. To register, click on the “Register” button and complete the online registration form by providing your official name, designation, department, email address, and contact details. Create a secure password and submit the form. After successful registration, your account may require verification or approval by the MDTU administrator. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation and can log in to access available training programmes and resources.

User Login – Instructions

Registered users can access the Training Management System by clicking the “Login” button. Enter your registered email address and password, then click “Sign In”. If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset it via email. Upon successful login, users can view training programmes, enroll in courses, access learning materials, and monitor their training history.
